01 · Shipping

We ship everywhere. For free.

All orders are shipped free of charge, with no minimum order value. We believe the price you see is the price you pay — no surprises at checkout.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (CET) on business days are processed the same day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

02 · Returns

14 days to change your mind.

If for any reason your order isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original condition with all tags attached
  • Returned in the original packaging

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted for return.

03 · How to return

Simple. Three steps.

Step 01
Email us at returns@jeesee.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
Step 02
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at your nearest DHL drop-off point.
Step 03
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges — We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order. Given our limited stock of 100 units, we cannot guarantee availability.

Sale items — All sales are final on discounted items.

Damaged or incorrect items — If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@jeesee.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right immediately.
